In a process similar to growing Claro walnuts in California, the soil and growing conditions added some of the French walnut's characteristics to the American Walnut's color and grain. The result, 100 years later, is a Walnut that is similar to Claro Walnut, more sophisticated than French Walnut, and more refined than American Walnut. It's tight, lustrous and downright lovely. One of the finest Walnuts ever. 8.5-11.5" wide by 36-39" long. Less than 526 square feet total, call for current availability.
